Most of the reading instruction will take place in the See Saw platform.  From time to time I may send student to this web page for more information.  

Being that we are in a digital environment for now, we will rely a lot on a program/website called Epic.  We will set this up within the first week of instruction.  Don't worry about it yet.

You need to know that Accelerated Reader is a huge part of my reading classroom.  I will work with your child individually to develop interest, set goals and evaluate progress each week/month.  As fifth graders, we will work on building endurance to read and comprehend for longer lengths of time. 

You student will also be expected to spend some time on Istation each week.  I will help everyone get logged in and set up in due time.
